# Privacy policy

Plainly: we collect what you give us when you ask for a shortlist, we use it to find you integrators, and nobody contacts you until you choose who.

LAST UPDATED 29 OCT 2026

## Who we are

IntegratorSelect is operated by Integrator Select, based in California. Questions about this policy, or requests about your information, go to [info@integratorselect.com](mailto:info@integratorselect.com).

## What we collect

**When you request a shortlist.** The project details you enter (application, industry, project type, timeline, scope, budget band, install location and any robot brands or certifications you name) and your contact details: name, role, company, email address and, if you choose to give it, a phone number.

**When you browse.** Our hosting provider records standard request information, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time. We also record which automated crawlers visit, by their declared user agent.

**Analytics.** We use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful and where visits come from. It records pages viewed, approximate location, device, and the site that referred you, and sets first-party cookies to tell new visitors from returning ones. We have switched off Google's advertising features for this site, so this information is not used to show you ads. You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site with [Google's browser add-on](https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

**When you email us.** Whatever your message contains.

Business listings are built from information firms publish themselves and from public directories, as the [listing policy](https://www.integratorselect.com/listing-policy/) describes.

## How we use it

- To match your project to integrators who have done that kind of work.
- To prioritise requests. We score each brief automatically on how complete it is and whether it came from a work email address, so a person can review the most complete briefs first. The score never decides who you are introduced to.
- To reply to you, and to tell you when your shortlist is ready.
- To keep the site running, secure and free of abuse.

## Who sees it

**Integrators see your details only after you choose them.** We send you a shortlist; you pick who gets introduced; only those firms receive your project and contact details.

We use service providers to run the site: hosting, database, analytics (Google), and email delivery. They process data on our behalf, under contract, and may do so in the United States or Canada. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-site advertising.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

## How long we keep it

Shortlist requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can follow up on introductions and keep records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Request logs are kept for a short period for security and then discarded.

## Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing [info@integratorselect.com](mailto:info@integratorselect.com). We will confirm the request comes from you before acting on it. These rights are described in California law; we extend them to everyone, wherever they live.

## Cookies and Do Not Track

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to count visits. Signed-in accounts, when they exist, use a cookie to keep you signed in. We do not allow advertising networks to track you across other sites through this one. We do not currently change how the site behaves when a browser sends a Do Not Track signal; you can block analytics cookies in your browser or with the add-on above without affecting how the site works.

## Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 16.

## Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are noted on this page.
