# Terms of use

These terms cover your use of IntegratorSelect, operated by Integrator Select. By using the site you agree to them.

## What the site is

A directory of robotics system integrators and a service that suggests firms for a project you describe. We are not a party to any agreement you make with an integrator. Any quote, contract, warranty or performance commitment is between you and that firm.

## Listings

Listings are compiled from public sources and from firms themselves, and each fact shows where it came from. We work to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee that any listing is complete, current or correct. A listing, a certification shown, or a place in a shortlist is not an endorsement or a guarantee of any firm's work. Check what matters to you directly with the firm. How we build listings is set out in the [listing policy](https://www.integratorselect.com/listing-policy/), and how results are ordered in the [methodology](https://www.integratorselect.com/lists/methodology/).

## Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Do not submit false information in a request, impersonate someone else, or try to disrupt, overload or break into the service. Automated access that respects our robots.txt and does not degrade the site for others is fine.

## Content and trademarks

The site's design, writing and compiled presentation belong to Integrator Select. Facts about firms are facts and belong to no one. Company names, robot brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify them.

## No warranty, and limits on liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your dealings with a firm you found here.
